The present Law lays down provisions relating to the establishment of the Elbe Foundation. In particular, the Foundation aims to conserve pleasure craft harbours through the reduction of sedimentation and siltation. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals with the following aspects: establishment, purpose, foundation assets, promotion, Executive Board, Board of Trustees, regulating authority, termination, reversion, final provisions.
