This Enact is composed of 3 articles. According to Decree No. 11 of 2000 related to the establishment of the High Council for Environment and Natural Protected Areas and to Resolution of the Minister of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs regarding the transfer of the Protected Areas Division, the Environment Department and Natural Protected Areas shall be transferred from the Ministry of Agriculture and Municipality Affairs to the High Council for Environment and Natural Protected Areas Divisi
