A Regulation to further regulate the exportation of Queen Conch. A person who wishes to export this species of conch shall, in addition to a permit, apply to the Management Authority for an Individual Export Quota in the form as set out in the Schedule. A Quota shall be granted only if the applicant has been granted an Individual Conch Quota under the Fishing Industry (Conservation of Conch (Genus Trombus)) Regulations 2000, has already harvested under such quota, and does not intend to export a
