Endangered Species (R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 328).

The present Regulation implements the Endangered Species Act (R.S.O. 1990, Chapter E.15). Section 1 and 2 establish respectively that the species of fauna listed in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 are declared to be threatened with extinction.
