Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations make provisions for compoundable offences in accordance with section 74 of the Energy Conservation Act. These offences may be compounded by the Director-General, or any officer of the National Environment Agency authorised by the Director-General.
