Energy Conservation Fund Use (Y.O.I.C. 1998/204).

The present Regulation is made under the Yukon Development Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes that the Energy Conservation Fund is to be used by the Corporation for funding electrical power conservation initiatives in accordance with guidelines established by the Corporation for purposes listed in section 2. The text consists of 2 sections.
