The present Regulations enforce the Energy Monitoring Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. E-8). Section 2 lists products resulting from the processing or refining of oil or gas for the purpose of the definition “energy commodity” under subsection 2(1) of the Act. The text consists of 6 sections.
