Energy-Using Products Act Competence Ordinance.

The present Ordinance enforces the Energy-Using Products Act of 27 February 2008 (BGBl. I S. 258). In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent authorities in the Land Brandenburg for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
