The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Korea Gas Corporation Act and matters necessary for the implementation thereof. The text – consisting of 15 articles – provides, amongst other things, for registration of establishment of branch offices; research and technical development; supervision; application for approval of implementation plans; procedures for consultation; entrustment of purchasing of land.
