The Order prescribes that straight baselines and criteria for the use of baselines shall be established by Cabinet Order. This Order indicates straight baselines in Schedule I. Additional criteria for the establishment of straight baselines are given and for specified areas exceptions are made. Limits of designated areas and the outer limits of other parts of the territorial sea in the sense of paragraph 2 of the supplementary provisions of the Law are laid down in Schedule 2 to this Order.
