The present Order replaces the Schedule to the Enforcement of Sea Fishing Conventions Order, which lays down the list of international conventions concerning sea fishing to which Malta is a party. The infringement to the restrictions and obligations laid down in those conventions shall determine the application of the penalties set out under the principal Order.
