Environment Audit Extension Ordinance.

The present Ordinance enacts the Environment Audit Act of 7 December 1995 (BGBl. I p. 1591). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the extension of the Community eco-management and audit-scheme to public bodies and companies listed in the Annex. The text consists of articles and 1 Annex.
