Environment Information Charges Ordinance.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the implementation of the the Environmental Information Act brings about costs to be paid for official activities by the federal authorities; they are laid down in detail in the Annex. Article 2 deals with exemptions and reductions. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
