This Act amends the Environment Protection and Pollution Control Act with respect to a variety of matters including definitions, the Environmental Council, licences for air pollution or transport of waste or the operation of a waste disposal site, inspections, seizure of illegal material and other powers of inspectors, forfeiture by court, disposal of articles related to offence and prosecution of offences.
