These Regulations amend the Environment Protection (Applications for PER Approval and EIA Licence) (Processing Fees) Regulations 2011 in the Schedule. The Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. The Schedule specifies fees for an application for approval of a PER and application for an EIA licence.
