These Regulations provide for the control of the collection, treatment and disposal of oil used in relation with mechanic devices, cooking oil and similar oils. Treatment or disposal of such oil requires a licence to be granted under these Regulations. Any person whose industrial, commercial or other activity generates waste oil (“generator”) shall treat, store and label the oil in the manner as prescribed by these Regulations or by the enforcing agency in relation to solid wastes and hazardous
