The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees resulting from environmental protection. For official acts concerning air pollution, waste disposal, radiation protection, protection of waters, as well as concerning protection of nature and landscape, fees shall be levied according to the present Ordinance and the enclosed fee index. Article 2 establishes that certain authorities and state institutions, the regions and local authorities are exempted from paying fees. Th
