These Regulations set out procedures for the proper preparation of environmental audit reports for existing and proposed projects that may result in the issuing of a environmental compliance certificate. The Swaziland Environment Authority shall: (a) identify and maintain a list of undertakings which cause concern to the Authority or to the public because of their impact on the environment and shall publish the list of these undertakings in its annual report; (b) require an operator of an identi
