This Regulation prescribes the form of an order of the Minister (“requisition “) to a person who wishes to carry out a project that may have a significant environmental impact in the opinion of the Minister in accordance with section 4 of the Environmental Planning Regulation Act. The requisition shall be in the form prescribed in Schedule 1.
