These Regulations provide rules evaluation of an application for an environmental authorisation to be made to the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to sections 11, 19 or 21 of the Environmental Protection Act. They also concern the Register made pursuant to section 36 of the Act and require a holder of an environmental authorisation to make all records required by regulation 5.
