These Regulations make provisions for the disposal of domestic and non-domestic waste. Refuse disposals and their use are described in articles 3 to 6. Littering of streets and public areas is prohibited. No hazardous substances or dead animals shall be disposed of in watercourses or in public streets. The fees for the collection, removal and disposal of refuse shall be as specified in the Second Schedule. Penalty provisions are set out in article 30.
