These Regulations make provisions for the application, renewal or transfer of licences for prescribed premises of scheduled waste treatment and disposal facilities. Occupiers of prescribed premises shall also keep inventory of scheduled wastes as provided for in these Regulations. Provisions on fees and compounding of offences are given in the text.
