Essential Services Act (Cap. 10.09).

This Act places restrictions on the rights of those that work in sectors that are designated as essential services by this Act. Essential services shall include the water sector. Breach of contract or other acts that are prohibited by this Act may bring about prosecution or disciplinary action.
