The Commission here established shall carry out agricultural census activities. It shall be accountable to the Council of Ministers. There shall be a Central Commission chaired by the Prime Minister and Regional and Zonal and other local Commissions. Section 11 sets out duties and powers of the Central Statistical Authority.
