These Regulations provide for the introduction of a licence system for the aerial application of fertilizers to forests. Such licence shall be granted by the Minister for Agriculture and Food, who may attach conditions to the licence. An application shall be accompanied by various documents and a map showing zones that shall be excluded from application of aerial application of fertilizers.
