These Regulations amend the European Communities (Approval and Registration of Establishments and Intermediaries operating in the Animal Feed Sector) Regulations, 1999, so as to give effect to Council Directive 99/20/EC. The following sentence shall be added at the end of regulation 8: “The Minister shall ensure that all the requirements of the competent authority concerning the communication of the register of approved establishments or intermediaries, including communications regarding details
