These Regulations give effect to Commission Directive 2000/66/EC, Commission Directive 2000/67/EC and Commission Directive 2000/68/EC which provide for the inclusion of the active substances: triasulfuron, esfenvalerate and bentazone respectively, in Annex 1 to Council Directive 91/414/EEC.
