These Regulations give effect to Commission Directive 2001/28/EC and Commission Directive 2001/49/EC which provide for the inclusion of the active substances: KBR 2738 (fenhexamid) and DPX KE 459 (flupyrsulfuron-methyl) respectively, in Annex 1 to Council Directive 91/414/EEC
