These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Biocidal Products) Regulations, 2001. They give effect to Commission Directive 2006/50/EC amending Annex IVA and IVB of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market.
