This Order amends the European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports from Croatia) Regulations 2005 to give effect to Commission Decision 2006/256/EC which amended Commission Decision 2005/758/EC concerning certain protective measures regarding Avian Influenza in parts of Croatia. The principal Order applies to Ireland certain protective measures with regard to live birds, fresh meat of wild feathered game, meat preparations and meat products consisting of or containing meat derived
