This Order places restrictions on the importation of live birds and avian products from Turkey. Subject to certain exemptions, a person including the master or person in charge of a vehicle, shall not import a live bird or a product derived from a live bird from Turkey or cause or permit another person to import a live bird or a product derived from a live bird from Turkey.
