These Regulations amend the European Communities (Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Preparations) Regulations, 1995 by, among other things: (a) providing alternative means for labelling gas cylinders for all gas preparations: (b) giving greater clarity to the method of classifying preparations containing organic peroxides; (c) granting certain exemptions to labelling requirements; (d) specifying additional criteria for classifying and labelling preparations; and (e) specifying
