These Regulations amend Schedules 1 and 3 to the European Communities (Dangerous Substances and Preparations) (Marketing and Use) Regulations, 2003. They implement Community legislation relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of specific dangerous substances and preparations. They also amend regulation 4 and Schedule 3 by substituting “toxic to reproduction” for “toxic for reproduction” in each place where it occurs.
