This Order gives effect to Commission Decision No. 2002374/EC concerning certain protective measures with regard to meat imported from Botswana. A person, including owner, master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not import meat from Botswana or cause or permit another person to import meat from Botswana and shall not have in his or her possession or under his or her control meat that has been imported in contravention with this Order.
