These Regulations amend the European Communities (Notification of Small Hive Beetle and Tropilaelaps Mite) Regulations 2009 by substituting the definition of “Council Directives” and in regulation 3 concerning notification to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine of an infestation or a suspected infestation of American foulbrood, small hive beetle or Tropilaelaps mite.
