These Regulations amend the European Communities (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations, 1998 by the substituting, wherever it appears, for "Article" of "Regulation", for "Articles" of "Regulations", for "sub-article" of "paragraph", and for "sub-articles" of "paragraphs" except in regulation 10(1) and 23(1) and in regulation 11 and the substituting for the words "In exercising his powers under Articles 6 to 10 of these Regulations" of "In exercising his powers under these regulations".
