These Regulations amend the European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2011. They carry into effect amendments made to Commission Regulation 669/2009 by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1235/2012 in relation with revision of controls on the import of certain food of non-animal origin from specific third countries with regard to pesticide residues.
