These Regulations prohibit the sale in Ireland of products intended for human or animal consumption from Belgium and (potentially) contaminated with dioxins. These products are specified in Article 1(1) of Commission Decision 1999/363/EC and Article 1(1) of Commission Decision 1999/389/EC (as amended by Article 2 of Commission Decision 1999/390/EC).
