These Regulations implement Community legislation by specifying the products which have been approved as substitute sources of protein for use in compound feedingstuffs and the conditions under which these may be used. These Regulations apply to products listed in column 1 of the First Schedule and which are not intended for export to third countries or for use for scientific or experimental purposes (reg. 3).
