These Regulations amend the European Communities (Swine Vesicular Disease) Regulations 1995 so as to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/10/EC amending Council Directive 1992/119/EEC regarding the measures to be taken within a protection zone following an outbreak of swine vesicular disease.
