These Regulations amend the European Communities (Water Policy) Regulations, 2003 in relation to size, composition, duration and time of establishment of the River basin district advisory councils. The Regulations also amend in the First Schedule the list of relevant public authorities to which article 2 refers in relation to a river basin district.
