This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Institute for Veterinary Services (ISV) based in Luanda. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to contribute to the elaboration of the policy on agricultural sector related to the implementation and control on: animal production, livestock, animal health, human health, trade and transport of animals, animal products and its derivatives.
