This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Direction of Livestock and Agriculture within the Ministry of Agriculture. This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned National Direction, entitled to: design policies and strategies in agricultural and livestock sectors, propose development policies for these sectors; protect animal and plant species against pests and diseases within the national
