This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Direction of Rural Enginery within the Ministry of Agriculture. This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned National Direction, entitled to: design and promote programmes, research and projects related to the hydro-agricultural exploitation and rural enginery; manage and control the hydro-agricultural infrastructures maintenance and exploitation,
