This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Cabinet for Food Security within the Ministry of Agriculture. This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Cabinet, entitled to: propose development policies and strategies aiming at improving food security; carry out research aiming at controlling the food quality standards, create a monitoring/evaluation system and follow-up for food emergency and respons
