This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Executive Secretariat of Codex Alimentarius. This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Executive Secretariat, entitled to: guarantee the implementation of programmes and policies defined by Codex; coordinate the service of linkage with the Commission FAO/WHO of the International Codex Alimentarius in Africa; represent the National Committee for the Codex
