Executive Decree No. 26/99 on sanctions for illegal forestry activities.

This Decree, composed of three articles, regulates sanctions for infractions to the Forestry Regulation. In particular, it addresses to illegal cut of trees, illegal transport of forest products and any other forest activity carried out without licence.
