Executive Decree No. 47/98 on fishing vessels’ fright contracts.

This Decree, composed of 10 articles, regulates fright contracts for fishing vessels. In particular, it provides a classification of national and foreign fishing vessels and, for both categories, regulates technical and administrative requirements necessary for fright contract purposes. Finally, it regulates fright authorization procedures.
