Exemption Regulation (B.C. Reg. 459/98).

The present Regulation enacts the Columbia Basin Trust Act. Section 1 establishes that the land described in the Schedule, and any improvements on that land, are exempted from all taxes described by section 31 (3) (a) and (b) of the Columbia Basin Trust Act for the 1999 and subsequent tax years.
