This Law, consisting of six chapters, has the following objectives: (a) to implement the economic principles of the State successfully; (b) to lay down the policies relating to export and import that support the development of the State; (c) to put in conformity the policies of the State relating to export and import with the international trade standards; (d) to be streamlined and speedy in carrying out the matters relating to export and import.
